2. Services Provided
Creative Logo Hub offers custom logo design, website development, and related branding services. All work is delivered based on the specifications agreed upon between you (“the client”) and us.
3. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to hacking, transmitting viruses, or infringing intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, websites, and materials created by Creative Logo Hub are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, ownership of the final design is transferred to you. We retain the right to use any work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
5. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment must be made before final delivery of any project.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued in cases where no substantial work has been completed or if Creative Logo Hub is unable to deliver as per the agreement. Partial refunds may apply depending on the progress of the project.
Please note that a change of mind or project direction is not subject to a refund under any circumstances. - Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the suspension of services until the balance is settled.
6. Revisions and Approvals
You are entitled to a limited number of revisions based on the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra costs. Once a project is approved and finalized, further changes may be subject to additional charges.
7. Delivery of Work
Creative Logo Hub will make every effort to meet deadlines and deliver work promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or delays from your side in providing necessary information or approvals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Logo Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Logo Hub, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any rights.
10. Termination of Services
Creative Logo Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activity. Any outstanding fees must still be paid in full upon termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
